I read this once in school years ago, I remembered the message, but I had forgotten the beautiful imagery. There is something spectacular about a book that uses all of your senses. I used to think it was just a book about books, but Guy Montag rediscovers much more than just literature. This man employed with the destruction of generations worth of information and inspiration has a change of heart that not only inspires his curiosity, but he also rediscovers what it is like to experience life and to interact with people. Guy Montag burns books, but then he decides they are worth saving and it changes his world. This book is a warning about the dangers of how the modern world is sneaking up on us and changing things.
